Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. CST.
We ship via multiple courier services based on your delivery location to get your products delivered as soon as possible.
- Standard Delivery, We will try to ship our product once your purchase is approved by our team.
- Our delivery partner and warehouse guys generally ship it within 1 business day, excluding Saturday and Sunday.
- Most orders are delivered within one week for standard ground shipments. Orders placed Monday through Friday after 12pm CST will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
- Most of our products are stored in US warehouses so that you can get your products fast.
- We also offer Express Saver, 3-Day, and Standard Overnight services for faster delivery, but it is limited to a few shipments and depends upon the slot availability of the shipping location. We do not ship to P.O. or APO boxes at this time.
Note: Delivery to and from many areas in Alaska and Hawaii takes 2 business days.
Business days do not include holidays. We are not responsible for, and are excused from, performing due to events outside of our control, including but not limited to weather-related delays, work stoppages or delays, or other unexpected circumstances.
We are happy to ship internationally, but your payment will be made in your native currency. You can order products using our online store. For international orders, shipping time will vary depending upon the location of delivery.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient because we have no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary greatly among countries. Please contact your local customs office for information.
To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, consider the following:
Provide us with a phone number where you can be reached by customs when the product arrives. This number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.
Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for five days after its arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.
We do not refund original shipment charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.
Most towels, resort wear, and linens can be washed in a machine. We recommend washing them on cold and hanging them to dry or tumble-drying them on low heat.
While Turkish towels do not bleed or fade when laundered in the machine, we recommend laundering your linens before use because of their delicate hand-dyed nature.
Just a friendly reminder: ironing can also help your linens look their best!
All prices in our collection and online are in US dollars and are subject to a 9.25% sales tax for residents of Tennessee in accordance with state and local laws. Availability, prices, and delivery rates are subject to change.
There may be errors in the prices, descriptions, or images of certain merchandise, and we must reserve the right to restrict orders of those items. Turkish Towels has made every effort to ensure accurate information is presented on our website; omissions and errors are subject to correction.
